Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on 03.01.2026 at 12:00 AM [EST] and ends on 03.31.2026 at 11:59 PM [EST] (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants will automatically receive:

One (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent on merchandise at theflyingfin.com, excluding taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, and refunded orders.

Example:

  • $25 purchase = 5 entries

  • $100 purchase = 20 entries

There is no limit to the number of entries received through purchases.

Refunded or canceled orders will have associated entries voided.

B. No Purchase Necessary Method (Required by Law)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your:

  • Full Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 03.31.2026 and received within 5 business days.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry, equal to a $5 purchase entry.

Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Calculation

Entries will be calculated by dividing total qualifying purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping) by five ($5.00). Entries will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Example: $27 purchase = 5 entries.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) [RTIC 32 Qt Cooler]
    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $159 USD

No cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawing will occur within 5 business days of the promotion end date.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the drawing.

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner Announcement

Winner will be announced via:

  • Email

  • Sponsor’s website

  • Sponsor’s social media accounts

Announcement will occur within 7 days of confirmed winner eligibility.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

  • Technical errors

  • Website interruptions

  • Unauthorized human intervention

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
